Former Orlando Pirates coach Ruud Krol has been spotted in Cape Town

Former Orlando Pirates coach Ruud Krol has been spotted in Cape Town as
speculation continues to mount over the next possible job that he will take in South Africa.
Krol was spotted arriving at Cape Town International Airport on Monday on what has been told is football related business.
It comes as this website reveals that Cape Town City coach Eric Tinkler is set to depart for SuperSport United, with that announcement due to be made on Thursday.
Krol has been out of a coaching job since the end of June last year when he left Club Africain in Tunisia and has consistently made known his desire to return to South Africa.
Since leaving Orlando Pirates six years ago after his contract was not renewed despite winning the treble, the Dutchman has only worked in North Africa, taking jobs in Morocco, Libya and Tunisia.
Speculation has been swirling in the Mother City in recent days that Krol could join one of the Cape Town clubs.
Aside from Tinkler’s impending exit, Krol’s ties to Ajax Amsterdam and Dutch philosophy of training would be a good fit for Ajax Cape Town.
John Wilson, who represents Krol in South Africa, has not been available to comment while Krol has also not been reachable.
