Palace Stun Leaders Chelsea At The Stamford Bridge

English Premier League leaders, Chelsea were left stunned after they suffered a 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues broke the deadlock after just five minutes as Cesc Fabregas was on hand to turn home Eden Hazard's low cross.
However, Palace hit back in the ninth as Wilfried Zaha collected a pass from Benteke, before firing a low effort past Thibaut Courtouis.
The visitors then took the lead three minutes later as Zaha turned provider to tee up Benteke, who made no mistake from close range with a calm finish.
David Luiz nearly pulled Chelsea level in the 32nd minute, but Wayne Hennessey produced a good save to keep out the Brazilian's free-kick.
Nonetheless, the score remained 2-1 to Palace as the sides entered the halftime break.
Chelsea threw numbers forward in the second half, but Hennessey was proving a tough nut to crack in the opening 20 minutes of the second stanza.
Antonio Conte opted for a change in the 59th minute as Nemanja Matic made way for Willian.
The Blues should have leveled matters in the 76th minute when Eden Hazard picked out Diego Costa, who headed wide from close range.
Chelsea continued to push for an equaliser in the closing stages with Fabregas and Costa going close, however Palace managed to hold out for an impressive win.
