Could Khoza Have Been Wrong?

Irvin Khoza surprised many when he introduced the little known Swedish coach, Kjell Jonevret, as the new head coach of Orlando Pirates.
From the onset there were huge doubts about whether this was the correct decision, given the state that Bucs were in at that time, and that they still find themselves in. Pirates' winless run in the league stretches back to last year, and four months into the new year, their fans are still waiting for their first league victory.
Could Khoza have been wrong to bring Jonevret into this dire situation? He knows very little about South African football and the performance against Free State Stars, a team that they usually dominate, over the weekend was not impressive at all, which suggests that perhaps Khoza could've given the job to a local coach until the end of the season and could have took it from there with regards to a new coach.
Whether this is correct or not, the situation at Mayfair has now reached panic mode and it remains to be seen if Pirates will find themselves involved in a relegation dog fight with the minnows such as Baroka.

  1. Khoza has never been a good chairman to pirates ever since he was appointed as PSL chairman n SAFA executive member. He is a jealous human being. Since he doesn't hv lv for pirates anymore, he supposes to sell the Club bcos we will end up seeing ourselves as AmaZulu, Mthatha Bucks n Swallows situation. He is a wrong person to this Bucs situation.
