Ronaldo Couldn't Help Real To Beat Valencia As They lost 2-1 at Mestalla

Real Madrid missed the chance to move four points clear of FC Barcelona, after they suffered a 2-1 loss to Valencia at the Mestalla on Wednesday evening.
The home side broke the deadlock after five minutes as Simone Zaza sent a fine half-volley past Keylor Navas for his second in as many games.
The lead was doubled four minutes later as Luis Nani played the ball into the stride of Fabian Orellana, who calmly slotted past Navas.
Los Blancos pushed for a way back into the clash but, with Cristiano Ronaldo and James Rodriguez going close after 15 minutes.
Valencia were showing no signs slowing down, as the likes of Nani and Dani Parejo went close to extending the two goal advantage of 30 minutes.
Real pulled a goal back just before the halftime break,  as Ronaldo rose above Mangala to head home Marcelo's cross from the left.
With the visitors struggling to carve out a chance in the second half, Zinedine Zidane introduced Gareth Bale for James Rodriguez after an hour.
Los Blancos dominated possession as the second half continued, but were struggling to carve out chances and were left appealing for penalties on a few occasions.
Zidane threw on Raphael Varane for Nacho, while Lucas Vazquez replaced Luka Modric for the final 15 minutes.
The visitors were camped in Valencia's half for the closing stages but were unable to find an equaliser, as the hosts held on for the win.
