Players Chiefs Could Go After In June

Phakamani Mahlambi
The Bidvest Wits youngster has been tipped to become Mzansi's first R100 million player, with bids from overseas said to have consisted of big bucks. Naturally, Chiefs are interested in the 19-year-old, but they will have their work cut out for them in order to secure his signature.

Evans Rusike
Just last year, the Zimbabwean was linked with a move to one of the Big Three, but that never happened. It seems the rumours have risen yet again, though, and Chiefs, along with rivals Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns, will be chasing his services once again.

Deolin Mekoa

Another Maritzburg United player who is sought after by the bigger clubs in Mzansi, and this time it is Glamour Boys' management. Apparently, a R5 million price tag has been bandied about, and that might deter Chiefs from taking negotiations further. However, if they are serious about winning silverware next season, they should do all they can to get him on to their books.
