Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that Siphiwe Tshabalala has signed a new contract at the club. Tshabalala, 32, is one of the most influential players at Chiefs, with his experience proving to be vital for coach Steve Komphela's team in their resurgence this season.
The dreadlocked player has been handed a one-year contract extension with an option to renew for another year. The club confirmed on Twitter that Shabba has signed a contract extension.
The other Chiefs players that have signed contract extensions are Lucky Baloyi, who has signed a two-year extension with the club, as well as Kgotso Moleko who has also signed a a two-year extension with the side. Both Baloyi and Moleko also have one-year options in their new deals.
